Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
We accept cancellations on orders before they are shipped. If your order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued. Please note, however, that we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 2-7 business days. Shipping Fees for Returns
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs, including any return shipping. No restocking fees apply to returns. If an order was shipped free of charge, the return shipping cost will be shared with the customer based on our shipping expenses.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within the following days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. First, check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
3. Reach out to your bank; there is often a processing time before refunds are posted.
